August Update

It is always amazing to me how fast the summer months go by. July was incredible and went by extremely fast while teaching at band camp!! Having different students every week kept things fresh and interesting. My students continually impressed and amazed me. Whether it was by learning pieces they didn't think possible, being creative and writing their own pieces, or simply just their funny and inspiring comments, my wonderful students made those 3 weeks at TSMC the best yet. It is hard to believe that it is already August!! Just one week left until I fly to Calgary to have a mini-vacation and then teach at the Calgary Regional Summer Band Workshop. As soon as I finish teaching there, I fly back to Toronto and then leave the next morning to go up to IMC, where I will be a faculty assistant for a week. Busy, busy, busy!!!
